DAY 2: Extreme bike challenge
This bike experience, starts with a dream and ends with a profound experience, that will show you that you are able to “move mountains”…
You have 2 options to experience your bike defiance:
Mountain bike: you partly cycle in high alpine terrain, the route is 115 km long and has 4,000 metres of altitude difference.
Road bike: this is a road cycling tour with a length of 193 kilometres and 4,700 metres in altitude, during which you will cycle through 7 Dolomite passes.

DAY 3: Canyoning & rafting: Nature, rock, water and fun
Canyoning is the descent of streams flowing in rocky channels, without the aid of watercraft such as canoes, kayaks or rafts. The descent is on foot. The only concession is the use of ropes, which are used to lower oneself down the vertical sections of the channels, or to cross particularly exposed points, where the risk of falling would otherwise be too high. These channels, which have often been excavated and smoothed by the erosive action of water, are the gorges or ditches, and their descent, which can present different levels of difficulty, is carried out with a mixture of trekking and mountaineering techniques and with equipment that we could jokingly describe as sea and mountains (diving suits and mountain climbing equipment).
But the adventure is not yet over ... in the afternoon we have to tame the waves of an "angry" river – you will be equipped with a paddle and you will venture along the river overcoming natural obstacles such as stones or rapids that the watercourse presents …pure adrenaline…
Typical Ladin dinner in a unique place, where time seems to have stopped many years ago...

DAY 4: Unique emotions and sensations...hike & fly
Today you can enjoy a relaxing day - after a hearty breakfast you can start your hike that will take you up to the heights, where you will meet your flight instructor, who will give you all the instructions for a safe flight. The free paragliding is the easiest and most intuitive way to fly and discover the majestic mountains of the Dolomites from an eagle's perspective.
