DAY 2: Sellaronda bike Tour
No mountain range of the Alps offers such a wonderful panorama as the Dolomites. Discover the natural beauty of the mountains recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site by bike. Sellaronda is the “tourist name” given to the ski and road route around the Sella, a mountain group of the Dolomites located between the valleys of Fassa, Livinallongo, Badia and Gardena, including ski lifts for alpine skiing, cycling and hiking itineraries.
The “Sellaronda bike tour” can be done either by road bike or mountain bike. The routes for the two types of bikes are different.
With the road bike you face 53 km with 1637 m of altitude difference, passing through the 4 Dolomite passes Gardena, Sella, Pordoi and Campolongo, which will offer you a breathtaking natural scenery and at every turn you will find a different view.
Thanks to the lifts you can easily bike uphill the four Dolomite passes of Gardena, Campolongo, Pordoi and Sella. This tour is 57,7 km long with an elevation gain of 1.020 m by bike (elevation gain: bike + lift transport is 3.370 m). Explore one of the most beautiful biking tours of the Italian Alps.
These tours can also be done with the new E-bikes, electric bicycles with pedal assistance.

DAY 3: Hiking & paragliding
After yesterday's effort today we have planned a quieter day ... After a good breakfast you will start walking up to an altitude of about 2.000 m (possibility to reach the altitude by cable car) - here you will meet your paragliding instructor and have a tandem flight with him. You will admire the Dolomites from above, it is really a unique experience, that you won’t forget for the rest of your life.
Typical Ladin dinner in a unique place, where time seems to have stopped many years ago...

DAY 4: Hiking & Via Ferrata experience
In the morning, meet your local UIAGM/IFMGA professional mountain guide, after a short transfer you will start together to explore the World War I area. Climb through tunnels built by soldiers, pass through trenches and then venture onto a via ferrata that was built and used by soldiers over 100 years ago.
Vie Ferrate are mountain paths equipped with metal cables, ladders and walkways that make climbing practicable, and allow even beginners to walk along rocky ledges, climb walls and reach peaks.

DAY 5: Canyoning & rafting: Nature, rock, water and fun
Canyoning is the descent of streams flowing in rocky channels, without the aid of watercraft such as canoes, kayaks or rafts. The descent is on foot. The only granted to use ropes, which are used to climb down along the vertical sections of the channels, or to cross particularly exposed points, where the risk of falling would be too high.
These channels, which have often been excavated and smoothed by the erosive action of water, are the gorges or ditches, and their descent, which can present different levels of difficulty, is carried out with a mixture of trekking and mountaineering techniques and with diving suits and mountain climbing equipment.
But the adventure is not yet over ... In the afternoon we have to tame the waves of an "angry" river – you will be equipped with a paddle and adventure along the river overcoming natural obstacles, such as stones or rapids that the watercourse presents. This is pure adrenaline!
