Description

The new apartment “calendola” for 4 persons is located in the small and elegant village of San Cassiano, in the heart of the UNESCO Dolomites. 

This beautiful apartment is located on the 3rd floor of Family run apartment house. The apartment has a balcony with a wonderful view on the mountains and is equipped with: 

- 2 bedrooms - all beds can be divided to single beds - the beds are 2,10 m long
- 2 bathrooms with hair dryer
- new and big living-room/kitchen with new kitchenette with dishwasher, table ware, microwave oven, American coffee machine, cutlery, flatware, water kettle, toaster,
- big flat TV/SAT (43 inches),
- free WIFI,
- safe,
- balcony
- towels & bed linen,
- on request daily fresh rolls service, 
- for 7 night accommodation: at mid week we will hover the apartment and clean the bathrooms
- parking on private ground,
- ski room with skiboots dryer
- from the end of December to the end of March, we offer a free skibus ticket to our guests

The apartment is furnished in order to reduce the complaints of persons that have allergies:
- smoking is forbidden in all apartments and common areas
- we don’t accept animals
- we don’t have covers with fitted carpeting
- we offer synthetic pillows and duvets
- all mattress covers are synthetic
- due to the Allergy Centre “AHA” of Switzerland, there are no mites, over 1.200 of altitude and our house is at 1.580 m of altitude
- bed linen and towels are dryed with the dryer and not at open air and that is why we are able to reduce the pollen at a minimum in summer
- we arranged the rolling shutter in order to avoid heavy curtains that hold a lot of dust
- we have a central vacuum cleaner


We provide the following services:
- purchase and delivery of the ski pass
- booking service for of a local English speaking UIAGM/IFMGA professional mountain guide for an off-piste experience in winter or a Via Ferrata experience in summer,
- booking service of airport transfers,

The price includes
- cost for the apartment per day for maximum 4 persons
- 7 nights minimum stay in winter
- 7 nights minimum stay in summer (July & August)
- fresh rolls service (bread not included)
- free skibus ticket (in winter)

- freeride experiences in winter and Via Ferrata excursions in summer, with local English speaking UIAGM/IFMGA professional mountain guides
- ski equipment
- lunches or dinners at special locations - airport transfers

Not included in the price
Insurances, late arrivals or early departures, food & beverage, ski lessons, guided days with local guides or ski instructors, transfers, souvenirs, private expences and anything NOT mentioned in "cost includes".

  • SUMMER:
