Description

The new "suite apartment Lavarela" for 2 persons is located in a new residence (built in 2020) in the small and elegant village of Corvara in the heart of the UNESCO Dolomites. 

This beautiful apartment is located on the 3rd floor of Family run residence.

• 1 bedroom - all beds can be divided to twin beds and are 2.10 m long
• 1 bathroom tiled with natural South Tyrolean stone, bluetooth mirror, shower, bidet and hairdryer
• large flat screen TV in the living room/kitchen and in the bedroom
• large balcony
• new and modern kitchenette equipped with dishwasher, plates, microwave oven, American coffee machine, cutlery, dishes, water kettle, toaster
• new generation "WIFI 6" (fiber optic), safe
• towels and bed linen, fine wooden floors

The apartment is furnished in order to reduce the complaints of persons that have allergies:
- smoking is forbidden in all apartments and common areas
- we don’t accept animals
- we don’t have covers with fitted carpeting
- we offer synthetic pillows and duvets
- all mattress covers are synthetic
- due to the Allergy Centre “AHA” of Switzerland, there are no mites, over 1.200 of altitude and our house is at 1.580 m of altitude
- bed linen and towels are dryed with the dryer and not at open air and that is why we are able to reduce the pollen at a minimum in summer
- we arranged the rolling shutter in order to avoid heavy curtains that hold a lot of dust
- we have a central vacuum cleaner
- elevator
- washing-machine and tumble dryer at disposal of our guests
- 24-hours air changing system
- before the arrival of the guests we sanitize all the apartments with ozone
- "honesty bar" with drinks at your disposal (against payment) + a small South Tyrolen wine & beer list
-  modern ski room with single lockers and ski boot dryer inside the single lockers.

SPA
The use of the spa is included in the cost of the apartment, except for the solarium (€ 10,00 each time).
In our spa you can find: sauna, kneipp, shower and relax area - steam bath will remain closed due to the Covid-19 law.
Children under 14 years can't enter in the spa - the spa entrance must be booked at the reception the day before.

- purchase and delivery of the ski pass
- booking service for of a local English speaking UIAGM/IFMGA professional mountain guide for an off-piste experience in winter or a Via Ferrata experience in summer,
- booking service of airport transfers,
