The apartment “Mint” for 4 persons is located in the small and elegant village of San Cassiano, in the heart of the UNESCO Dolomites. 

This beautiful apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a Family run apartment house.
The apartment has a balcony with a wonderful view on the mountains and is equipped with: 

- 2 bedrooms - 1 double room + 1 twin/double room
- 2 bathrooms with hair dryer
- new and big living-room/kitchen with new kitchenette with dishwasher, table ware, microwave oven, American coffee machine, cutlery, flatware, water kettle, toaster,
- big flat TV/SAT (43 inches),
- free WIFI,
- safe,
- 2 balconies,
- towels & bed linen,
- on request daily fresh rolls service, 
- for 7 night accommodation: at mid week we will hover the apartment and clean the bathrooms
-  parking on private ground,
- ski room with skiboots dryer
- from the end of December to the end of March, we offer a free skibus ticket to our guests

The apartment is furnished in order to reduce the complaints of persons that have allergies:
- smoking is forbidden in all apartments and common areas
- we don’t accept animals
- we don’t have covers with fitted carpeting
- we offer synthetic pillows and duvets
- all mattress covers are synthetic
- due to the Allergy Centre “AHA” of Switzerland, there are no mites, over 1.200 of altitude and our house is at 1.580 m of altitude
- bed linen and towels are dryed with the dryer and not at open air and that is why we are able to reduce the pollen at a minimum in summer
- we arranged the rolling shutter in order to avoid heavy curtains that hold a lot of dust
- we have a central vacuum cleaner

- booking service for of a local English speaking UIAGM/IFMGA professional mountain guide for an off-piste experience in winter or a Via Ferrata experience in summer,
